Privacy Policy

EveAndLevi.com is run by Eve & Levi, LLC, based in Rochester, Minnesota. "We" and "us" on this page mean that company.

This policy covers https://EveAndLevi.com, our emails and texts, our free events and live classes, and the events you register for through LinkedIn.

What you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect:

• Your first and last name and email address.
• Your phone number, if you add it. It's always optional.
• Your message, if you write to us.
• For hybrid events, whether you'll attend in person or online.

What LinkedIn gives us. When you register for one of our events on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares the answers on that registration form with us. That's usually your name and email, plus anything else the form asks for, like your company or job title. What LinkedIn itself does with your data is covered by LinkedIn's privacy policy, not this one.

When you buy a class. Checkout runs on Kit, and Stripe processes the payment. We get your name, email, and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.

What your browser tells us. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your rough location (city level, not your address). We never send it your name, email, or phone number.

What stays on your device. Our free AI employees and book worksheets save your answers in your own browser so you don't lose your work. We don't receive those answers. Your browser also remembers that you've signed up, so we don't ask you twice.

Event recordings. We record some events and post replays, including on YouTube. If you turn on your camera or mic, or type in the chat, you can show up in the recording.

• Run the events you register for: confirmations, reminders, join links, calendar invites, and changes.
• Send our weekly email newsletter.
• Answer your messages and follow up on your questions.
• Deliver the classes and resources you sign up for or buy.
• Text you about events, if you gave us your mobile number.
• See which pages and events work, so we can make them better.
• Measure our ads, if and when we run them.
• Keep records the law requires, like tax records for purchases.

Register for an event, unlock a free resource, or write to us, and you're on our weekly newsletter. That includes events you register for on LinkedIn.

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the newsletter. If you're registered for an upcoming event, unsubscribing also stops that event's emails, so you'll lose the join link.

Give us your mobile number and we can text you about events you registered for: reminders, join links, and schedule changes. How often depends on the event, usually a few texts per event. Message and data rates can apply.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Texts are never a condition of registering or buying.

We don't share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.

We teach small business owners to run their business with AI, and we run ours the same way. AI tools such as Claude help us draft replies, organize event registrations, and prepare follow-up. That means your name, email, and messages can pass through those tools.

We use business accounts whose terms say the provider doesn't train its AI models on our data. We don't use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly serious effects.

We don't sell your personal information. Not to anyone, not ever.

We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

• Kit sends our emails and runs class checkout.
• Stripe processes payments.
• n8n moves form entries into our email and event systems.
• Google runs our analytics, email, calendar invites, and Google Meet events.
• Notion holds our event schedule and business records.
• Replit hosts this website.
• Anthropic and other AI providers power the AI tools above.
• Our text messaging provider sends event texts.
• LinkedIn, for events you register for there.

Each one gets only what it needs to do its job. We'll also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

Some events on our calendar are hosted by other people. When you click through to register on their site, their privacy policy applies there.

Google Analytics uses cookies, small files your browser stores, to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. It only runs on https://EveAndLevi.com itself.

We don't run ad tracking today. If we start advertising on platforms like LinkedIn or Meta, we can add their tracking tools (often called pixels) to measure those ads and show them to people who've visited our site. We'll update this page when we do.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. Videos on our site come from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and don't load until you click play.

We keep your information as long as you're subscribed or until you ask us to delete it.

When you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list. That's how we make sure you don't get emailed again. Purchase records stay as long as tax law requires.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop emailing or texting you.
• Stop using your information for ad targeting, once we run ads.

Email privacy@eveandlevi.com with your request. We'll confirm it's really you, usually by replying to the email address we have on file, and answer within 45 days. Using these rights never costs you anything or changes how we treat you.

If we turn down your request, reply and ask us to reconsider. If you're in Minnesota and still disagree, you can contact the Minnesota Attorney General's office.

We use well-known services with strong security and keep access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, so we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong. If something does and it affects you, we'll tell you.

This site is for business owners, which means adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child gave us their information, email privacy@eveandlevi.com and we'll delete it.

When we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Minnesota law governs this policy.
